Your Right to be Forgotten

At Do It Fast IT, we respect your right to control your data. In compliance with GDPR and various social media platform policies (including Facebook), we provide clear instructions on how you can request the deletion of your personal data and disconnected social media information.

How to Request Data Deletion

Via Account Settings

Log in to your dashboard, navigate to Settings > Account, and click on "Delete My Account". This will permanently remove all your data from our systems.

Via Email Request

Send an email to support@doitfastit.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account.

Social Platform App Removal

You can also remove the "Do It Fast IT" app directly within your Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn settings. This will immediately revoke our access to your tokens.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone).
  • All stored OAuth access tokens for your social accounts.
  • All cached analytics data and scheduled posts.
  • Any support history and communication logs.

Processing Time

Standard data deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email, and your data will be unrecoverable.
