At Do It Fast IT, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. Because we offer custom pricing and personalized onboarding, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Custom Quote Refunds
For custom plans and enterprise setups, the refund terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement. Generally, once initial onboarding and platform configuration are complete, set-up fees are non-refundable.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following scenarios:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the core features of the platform for an extended period (more than 72 hours).
- Accidental double-billing or billing errors.
- Requests made within the first 7 days of service for new clients who have not yet utilized significant platform resources.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@doitfastit.com with the following details:
- Your account email address.
- The transaction ID or date.
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
5. Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
